a pledge to free ourselves of the BS

Growth is painful, truth hurts sometimes, and when a wound starts to get really itchy, that's when you have to resist the urge to scratch it open, or it might leave a worse scar. (If you are a person who processes the written word visually, forgive me.)

I have no idea what that analogy is supposed to mean, exactly, but these are things I've learned from personal experience.

I’m wondering if there is a point to all this chaos, corruption and planetary destruction we are seeing more of these days. If you don't know what I'm talking about, well, you haven't been paying attention. Now, that's not a judgement, it's an observation, because there are at least several reasons people can't pay attention to what is happening beyond our immediate vicinity, and in some situations our own body and soul.

Is all this BS supposed to open our eyes, and hearts and minds, so humanity can become more humane, save the planet and our species? 🤷‍♀️ I'm not sure that enough of us have evolved that far yet.

Anyway, I view each event as a mirror. Take this America 250 event: the reflecting pool, the birthday party cage match - so much more going on behind the scenes than what is being shown on the surface.
